I would say don't stress too much over the rehearsal and just enjoy having the people who love you there to support you.

My officiant, best man, and one groomsman missed the rehearsal (ugh I'm still trying to not be annoyed that that happened!)  but things all worked out fine!  (We were even able to laugh when my oldest brother stood in to act like the officiant and said "Do you take my little sis to be your wife? great awesome, lets go party"  lol)
