Bridal Salon Recommendations??

Hi,

I'm looking for a gown around the $1,000 range.  Can anyone recommend a place that has nice (budget) gowns but also professional service and alterations? I've been to Solutions which was awesome, but I'm not sure I can afford the gown I liked there.  I'm considering David's b/c they are the 'standard' but I'd like to check out 1 or 2 more.

Demetrios has some that are in that price range and it's a great salon, but I would recommend Minerva's..just went there this morning. They carry several different designers and I was pleased when the dress I liked the most was under $1000! They had some good options and were really nice and helpful!

I recently went to Butterflies Bridal in Oviedo to look for MOB dresses. They had a great selection and ALL of the gowns were 50% off!! Most were under or around $1000 before the 50% off. I couldn't let myself look since I already bought my dress!

I also had a great experience at AA at first but apparently they are under new management (so I've heard) and the times that I've gone there since my consultant (who I LOVED) left, it has been disappointing service to say the least. I dunno if it was the new staff or the fact that I already bought my dress so they felt they no longer had to help me when I tried it on when I picked up the dress or when I went to find bridesmaid dresses, but they at some points were just rude. 

They lost my BM dress shopping appointments TWICE...first time it wasn't a big deal and the 2nd time, after I had double checked days before to confirm and then got there 5 mins early, they still had the nerve to tell me that I was "late" so they gave away my appointment, which is why we were left waiting for a room for 10 mins even though they were unoccupied and why we still had horrible service from the girl who was supposed to be fitting my BMs. I was bringing 9 girls to buy $150 dresses each, so they were going to make as much as they would on a wedding dresst. You at least think they would have better service, esp. for returning brides and friends who are NOT married yet and could be potential customers one day. Make sure you are on top of them about your appointment if you choose to look there.

I ordered mine at Butterflies Bridal in Oviedo back in March. They have a pretty long turn around time (6 months) but the service was fabulous. The dress I found and the service I received blew every other store out of the water. 

Of course I'm worried now, having heard about that 50% off sale-Im hoping it doesn't mean fiscal problems at the store.

I got mine at Modern Bridal. My sales girl was LaVoria. She is awesome!!! They had a huge selection of gowns too! All different designers

I got my dress at Something Blue Bridal,and they are fabulouse with a great selection of dresses.I also however have two friends who each used either Modern Bridal or Minerva's and were both extremely happy with them.
