Hi

I am getting married in universal studios Orlando on feb 23rd 2011 and i was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations on hair and make up as although i have searched on here and various other places its always good to get real life stories too

Where in Universal are you getting married at?  I got married at the Portofino Bay.  

I suggest Patricia Le Jeune for hair. I did not use here but a lot of people highly recommend her.  For make up, I highly recommend Megan Davis.  Her review is in the link below.

Yes! use Patricia LeJune. She is doing me and all my bridesmaids and I already did my hair and makeup trial with her. She is phenomenal and well worth every penny

I suggest Heather Brinkman aka Makeover Maven.  She did two trial runs (for the price of one) for me because I didn't like my hair the first time.  She wanted to make absolutely sure I loved my hair and makeup.  She did my bridesmaids and my hair and makeup for the wedding and was even done early!  If you have a big bridal party she will hire someone to come do makeup, but doesn't charge you anything extra. I also got married at the Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal.
