Has anyone heard of or used Michael Grimes Photography? His offer seems a little too good to be true. But I was just wondering if anyone had any personal experience. 

Also, if you could recommend a photographer that would be wonderful! (ps - the wedding is in Daytona Beach)

    I know nothing about Michael Grimes, sorry. My next-door neighbours actually worked with Mike Buoy, too, and they just can't say enough good things about him and his wife. They said that Mike and Ann (the photogs,!) were crying at the wedding, like it was their own kids getting married. Their photos are gorgeous.

    DH and I had a blast working with Tara and Nickole from Fat Catz Photography. They're located in Orlando, but they travel. The only photographers I know over toward Daytona are Fogelman Studios in DeLand. They're such nice people! They are more traditional, portrait-style photographers, so I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. HTH!

    Mike & Ann are traveling to DeBary for our wedding, and I know they've gone all the way to Lake City for weddings, too, so I don't think the location would be a problem.

    PP is dead on about Fogelman, I've been to a wedding where they (I think Mr. Fogelman himself) took photos, and they were very traditional, posed, photos.  Also, IMO, the photographer was often in the way.  In my pictures it looks like the paparazzi is all over the place, because they (the photog and the videographer) were ALWAYS in the way!  And, looking at their final, edited photos, I thought the photoshop work was a bit lacking.

    I know someone on the board is using Photography by Marlyn.  She's actually a friend of mine, and her work is great, too.  And her prices are pretty affordable.  I also personally know Mike & Ann, and they have more experience and options, so that's why I went with them over Marlyn.  But she's definitely great, too!

    Concept Photography. Jason and Sara (husband and wife team) are amazing!  They travel anywhere/ everywhere and very artsy- check out their website.  www.cptphotography.com

    I'm using Photography by Marlyn. She lives up in Lake Mary, so I'm sure she would drive to Daytona for a wedding- thats not too far. She is AWESOME and great prices! She also works with her husband as her assistant on the day of.

    I haven't heard anything about Michael Grimes Photography.  I am using Sandra Johnson as my photographer.  Another husband and wife team.  We have our engagement photo session with them last weekend and FI and I just love them!

    I don't know anything about the photographer you asked about but I had nothing but rave reviews for both of the photographers I used: Misty Miotto did my wedding and Casie at Rebel Belle Photography did our TTD.
