When to do final meetings?

When should I start meeting with the DJ, the photographer, the wedding planner and the venue to discuss final details, picture ideas, music, etc?  I'm six weeks out right now.

I'm working on all of mine right now and my wedding is July 10th. I have a DJ meeting the 14th, photog the 19th etc

I'd say between 4-6 weeks out, so you could start doing them this week or next.

I did mine 2-3 weeks out then my final with my venue was 10 days out.

I would think 3-4 weeks if it's just final details. If you have big items to hash out or other stuff to make decisions on still, then I would start those this week.
