Winter Park Farmers Mrkt - Set up

We are thinking of having our reception at the WP Farmers Market next year, but one of my main concerns is that you cannot access the room until 4PM on a Saturday.  I was not planning to have a wedding coordinator as I work as an event planner, but with a 7PM ceremony, I can't think of any other ways to make sure the room gets set up for the reception.

Anyone having their reception at the WPFM having this issue?  Or, if you have hired someone, who, and what is the approximate price ranges for just day-of set up?

Thanks!!

I am having my reception at the WPFM and am not worried about set up. I hired a DOC (Kristy Rapp) she is awesome and was priced well. Also, my caterer (Puff n Stuff) said that if I didn't have a DOC she would have a layout and make sure everything got set up exactly like I wanted (this was before I decided on having a DOC). So, maybe your caterer would take care of that for you. Or, maybe one of your extended family members or friends that aren't in the wedding could set up for you. If you go the family/friend route make sure you give them VERY detailed directions.

I'm having similar issues with the WPFM too. I was thinking about having some extended family set up...but I'm leaning towards a DOC now so that everyone can enjoy the day instead of having to worry about where things go and whatnot. its just tricky since you can't get in til 4! gah!

I think it's pretty standard to not be allowed into the venue more than 2 hours prior to the event. A DOC is really the best way to go. Not only will they do the set up but anything that you want returned to you will be taken care of without worry.
I vote for Kristy Rapp (http://www.kristyrappevents.com/about.htm) as well!
