Ceremony musician

I'm looking for a keyboardist in the Orlando area (or a string quartet).  I'm on a budget...

Any suggestions?

If you do what the above suggested then I'd ask them to audition for you and give you references from past weddings.  I would never want an unprofessional amateur to be the person playing while I was walking down the aisle.  Not that you shouldn't hire college students.  Just that you need to make sure they are as professional as you want.

I'm surprised more people haven't responded so I can only give you the name of the church pianist who plays church weddings a lot at my church.

You can contact Mark Mc Cabe at MMcCabe@annunciationorlando.org but honestly he was really bad at responding to my emails although he is a good musician.

YOu can also try gigmasters.com to find professional musicians.

I'm using a string quartet I booked them through gigmasters.com they have music up for you to listen to and I've meet with them since booking. I paid $350 for an hour of ceremony music.

I am having Valerie Pernice from Classic Mix play my wedding. She's a friend of my family's so I know her, and she is excellent. She has a professional group, but will also play weddings with some of her best students to save you some money. They are great! Two of her students are playing my wedding, and they sound like professionals. Let me know if you want her cell number. :)http://www.classicmix.org/about.html That's her website.
