Hotel goodies

I am baking wedding cake cookies with some icing piped onto them for the hotel welcome. I made boxes for each to be individually wrapped in. Now for the hotel welcome note. Do I write a note with things to do etc (even though its on the website) or do I just put a sticker label on top of the box that says thank you blah blah blah?
I also have personalized water bottle labels. Should I do the water bottles for the hotel too or just for the reception?

i'd notice the personalized water bottles more in the hotel than the reception, actually! they will look adorable with the cookies.

I think you could add a list of things to do while they are in town as separate print out of some sort and just a thank you label on the box.  Personally I wouldn't expect a handwritten thank you note.  The gesture of the goodies is a nice touch as it is!

thank you!!! We have decided that we are going to do the water bottles in the hotel too but I still don't know about the note. I guess it will depend on how much time I have next week.

I think the water bottle is agreat idea. I think a print out of the page from your website would be great . On my website  I listed restaurants and stores in the area too. ( its not done yet but this what I have so far.... http://www.theknot.com/ourwedding/sarahmyers&JustinMiravalle ) I mean face it how many people are going to bring a laptop or  print out of your page on there own . Its a nice touch and shows that you care about them .  I would just write a thank you note. Maybe write Thank you on the box or print at cute thank you labels to put on the box/bag the cooks are coming in.  Good Luck.
