How do I make the link in my signature a word that is an active link?

How do I make the long link below simply say vendor reviews and turn blue so that when you click it, it redirects to the new website?

I know I can do it with that handy html button on a new post but that button does not appear for the signature section.

I know.  I've posted it on two boards now.  I know other people have done this.
