Medieval Wedding- Florida

We are planning on having a Medieval Wedding in Florida. However, are having a very hard time finding a location. I have read that it's best to do in an area with mature trees and in a field type setting. I need a place that will allow alcohol such as beer or wine. Does anyone know of such a place?

My fiance has shot several weddings at the Castle Hotel on I-drive and he said it is completely medieval themed outside and inside..

I dont know if it allows beer but in St.Augustine there is a castle called St.Otttis. A replica of an irish castle.
