Just wondering how far in advance did everyone book their caterers and when did you do the tasting?
I'm planning from out of town and I'm trying to decide when I should come down for a tasting. I've narrowed it down to two companies and both have created a menu for me already. I feel like I want to at least put down a deposit ASAP but I'm scared to risk it without a tasting first. My wedding is not until April 23rd.
