FINDING A PHOTOGRAPHER

I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR A GREAT PHOTOGRAPHER THAT IS A DECENT PRICE AND WILL GIVE ME THE CD OF ALL OF OUR PHOTOS, WITH OF COURSE BUYING A PACKAGE. ANY SUGGESTIONS? 
ONE PHOTOG WANTED $500 TO TRAVEL 3 HOURS (THEY ARE IN SOUTH FLORIDA) PLUS HOTEL STAY PLUS 10% INCREASE IN PRICE BECAUSE WE ARE GETTING MARRIED JULY 4TH 2O1O.

    I would def recommend Tab McCausland..She is fabulous and has decent rates..Most photogs may be booked at this point because fourth of July is such a popular date and that it's soo close! Many vendors (not just photogs) in CFL book up to as early as a 12 to 16 months in advance to their wedding date..GL!

    I was going to recommend Jenn Hopkins but we're using her on that date for our wedding! Way to be date twins! :)

    What is decently priced for you? I'll try to think of some...

    BRIAN HESS!!!! HE IS GREAT!  I USED TO WORK WITH HIS SISTER IN LAW. HE JUST DID OUR ENG PICS. I HAVE SOME OF THEM ON MY PROFILE. WE ARE PAYING 1100 FOR OUR PACKAGE AND WE GET THE CD. PLUS THE ENG PICS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I CAN GET YOU INFO IF YOU WANT.

    My wedding photographer was Misty Miotto but she books up pretty solidly in advance, but you can try her! mistymiotto.com. Casie at Rebel Belle Photography, rebelbellephotography.com, did our TTD last August and we loved her work, too, so you can check her availability as well :) Good luck!

    she is based in Atlanta but is photographing our wedding next year in Orlando, She has great rates and is not charging us any travel fees ( i think her mom lives in Orlando). I sent her a message and she said that she doesnt upcharge for the 4th of July (or any holiday) and would offer you the no travel fee deal as well if you contact her soon. Hope this helps out and good luck with your search!!!

    Yeah, I actually find it weird that they are charging more for a holiday.  Certain days are big for vendors and I know *some* charge extra for them (like 10/10/10, 11/11/11, 10/11/12, etc) but holidays actually aren't one of them!  From what I understand holidays are usually slower days.  Very odd and not fair.

    Good luck finding a wonderful photographer.

    Billy Lane Photography. He charges a flat rate of $400. He's from the Lakeland area, and maybe he'll charge a little more to travel but i'm not sure where your venue is. He gives the cd with all the photos and a free engagement session.
