Affordable reception around tampa FL?

I'm getting married in Nov 2012. I live in NY but we'll be having our wedding around Tampa,FL. My fiance lives there. I was wondering if any of you guys know any affordable reception venues around tampa. Thank you!!!

Tampa is considered more West Coast, FL. You might have better luck there (and this board is REALLY quiet). I'm originally from Tampa and there are a ton of venue options. Good luck!!

try shepards. its a hotel on the beach in clearwater, they have a club and bar too. its reall pretty and i have seen wedding adverstiment stuff there.
