Photobooth reqs please!

I'm trying to decide between Red Eye and It's A Party.  Does anyone have experience with either or a different vendor they would recommend?

I am using In A Snap Events and they are so nice, I believe the couple who started it is married. Their very organized and have great package deals. I think the site is www.inasnapevents.com They are newer to the business I think. Sorry I don't know anything about the other two. Have you tried going to a local bridal show? It's a good way to check out the vendor, meet them, and see what they can offer.

Does your photographer offer a photobooth package? I know a lot of photographers that I met with at wedding shows threw that in for free as an incentive! Good luck!

I'm using ShutterBooth, Monquie is amazing. They are located in Tampa but they travel to Orlando at no extra cost.

We're most likely going to use ShutterBooth or Snap Booth.

One company I would not recommend using is Diverse Entertainment.  The lady was very unprofessional.  She kept talking about her boyfirend and the week she's been having.  She also bashed a client to me, saying she was a "bridezilla".  I had to make up an excuse to get off the phone with her.  Oh, and she also asked if I was looking for someone to sing.  Because she's a singer, too.

Instead of renting a photo booth which can cost a lot of money, you can always create your own :) Just buy large enough fabric at Joann's (or cvlinen.com for REALLY affordable fabric), get some props from the Dollar Store and your Halloween collection, and set it up in your reception area. All you would need to do is find someone you trust to take the photos (maybe hire a photographer to be there for a few hours taking the photos and see how much they would charge for it). It could save you a LOT of money instead of paying $800+ dollars for it. If you can't find a photographer to do it for a good price, you can rent a nice camera (NikonD90 or something) from TheLensDepot.com and set it up on a tripod, then just take turns taking the photos.

    Just a thought :)

    Hello GreenEyedJ
How about asking your photographer if they offer photobooth packages?
I think that would be a great idea!

might be a lot more economical than the standard photobooth and personally I think they look a whole lot better!

    HTH!
    good luck!

Thanks everyone for the info! Having our photographer do it isn't an option since our photog is a family friend and she doesn't do this service so...that is idea is out lol

But I'm going to research some of the suggestions! :)

I used Shutter Booth and had the best experience. They even sent us a cd after the wedding with all of the pictures on strips, grids and each picture individual. Our family and friends loved them and had a great time.
