DIY Hangers DONE....

So I stayed up until 2am working on these guys.

Used Floral wire instead of galvanized wire because it is MUCH easier to manipulate.

Hadn't planned on doing them at all, but figured that it was the most inexpensive Bridal Party gift I could do. Came out to about $9 for 5 of them.

More detailed photos are in my Bio, and directions are to come.

    Britt,

The best advice I can give is to figure out how to form each letter (and how they flow together) with pen and paper before you start playing with the wire and to use floral wire with a wood hanger instead of trying to use galvanized wire to form the whole thing. Its MUCH easier to bend the floral wire!

    Good luck!

I hadn't thought of doing them for the bridesmaids. I saw this on Etsy and wanted to do the "Mrs. ___" one for myself, but I love the idea of using them as gifts! I also saw today a picture of a cake topper like this with the bride and groom's names in a heart. I'm going to see if I can accomplish that too.
