Hi central Floridians. I know how hard it can be planning a wedding so I thought I would share some vendor reviews for those of you who still need to find vendors.
Location and Food: Eagle Creek Golf Club A+
First of all this place is GORGEOUS! Very classy. They have a large, classic looking pergola for outdoor ceremonies and have options for indoor ceremonies as well. They were our ceremony and reception site and they provide catering as well. Jennifer Cappello (head of catering) went above and beyond helping me organize my thoughts. She even contacted my DJ to make sure they brought extesnsion cords since she had problems with that with past DJ's. The servers were super nice to our guests and they helped us set up everything. The food, OMG we got so many compliements of the food. It was amazing! Perfectly cooked and seasoned and they never once tried to take our food away while we were busy saying our hellos. They even let us pick a signature drink (apple pie martinee!) so good!
Definitley would reccomend them.

I honestly think Richard and Caressa from Spectacle Photo was the best service we have ever spent money on. They are not only amazing photographers but genuinely fantastic people. The joked around with us, made our guests feel at ease and had wonderful picture ideas. They even got involved on the dance floor! They are truly amazing artists. They did our engagement shoot as well and I know for a fact that when we get our wedding photos they will be beyond perfect. If you can book them!!!!!!!
Florist: Oviedo Florist (Marlene in particular) A++
When I first met with Marlene I was up front about our budget. Not only did she get us under budget BUT the flowers were better than I could have imagined! Fresh, fragrant and so very colorful. Marlene really helped me collect my ideas into a floral vision and she executed it perfectly. Oh they were so beautiful!! She even threw in a toss bouquet and flower girl petals for free!. She traveled all the way from Oviedo to Lake Nona to set up and it turned out so lovely.
DJ: The Pros (Chris to be specific) A
I was a little unsure of them at first because they were difficult to get a hold of but they came highly reccommened from a friend and he did a great job!. They have an easy to fill out survery to organize your thoughts and Chris met with me before the ceremony and reception to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. If a song was not working on the dance floor he changed it and even had a really fun game for the end of the night. Loved him!
Favors: Truffle Trolley A
Heard about them on The Knot boards and man were those truffles delicious! We got the 2 pack (My husband and I each picked our favorite flavor) and they had so many color cobo options to match any wedding. I even had to change my shipping date last minute and they pulled through!! And even though they were shipped from Arizona to sunny, humid Orlando, they were not a bit melty.
I woud put the bakery we got our cake from but shortly before our wedding she moved her location to Atlanta BUT if you for some reason are getting hitched in GA Sweet Icing Bakery made a delicious, custom wedding cake.
She hand sculpted our custom cake topper and it was exactly what we wanted!! We received so many compliments.
