Who's Your Waxologist?

I'm pretty sure I just made that word up.. but I am looking for a good place to go for bikini waxing.  I've never done it before, but I don't want to have my usual razor burn bumps for my wedding, so I want to try.  I know some are super good and some are super painful.. who can you recommend to me that is super good and not painful?  =)  Thanks ladies!!!

(I live in Mt. Dora and work in Apopka, but am willing to travel if necessary.)

I'm a brazilian wax regular and I go to Bri at Posh Salon in Winter Haven.  If it's your first time I strongly suggest making sure they don't use hard wax (or brazilian wax).  Also, I would get it done about 1- 2wks before you plan on showing it off.  Go the week or 2 after your period, but not the week before.  You'll probably be red and sore for the first few days, but it'll look great after your skin calms down.  I go every 4-6wks and the hair won't start growing back until the 2nd wk.  HTH!

I did this for the first time about 3 weeks ago (same reason as you) - but I was told to try it out once before the wedding. I went to Aqua Day Spa in Orlando - and they were fabulous (at least for a first timer!) and it didn't really hurt too much. But the above poster is right - you will be red for a couple of days - so make sure you allow for that. But I say it was well worth it!
