Who's Your Waxologist?

I'm pretty sure I just made that word up.. but I am looking for a good place to go for bikini waxing.  I've never done it before, but I don't want to have my usual razor burn bumps for my wedding, so I want to try.  I know some are super good and some are super painful.. who can you recommend to me that is super good and not painful?    Thanks ladies!!!

(I live in Mt. Dora and work in Apopka, but am willing to travel if necessary.)

I'm a brazilian wax regular and I go to Bri at Posh Salon in Winter Haven.  If it's your first time I strongly suggest making sure they don't use hard wax (or brazilian wax).  Also, I would get it done about 1- 2wks before you plan on showing it off.  Go the week or 2 after your period, but not the week before.  You'll probably be red and sore for the first few days, but it'll look great after your skin calms down.  I go every 4-6wks and the hair won't start growing back until the 2nd wk.  HTH!

I did this for the first time about 3 weeks ago (same reason as you) - but I was told to try it out once before the wedding. I went to Aqua Day Spa in Orlando - and they were fabulous (at least for a first timer!) and it didn't really hurt too much. But the above poster is right - you will be red for a couple of days - so make sure you allow for that. But I say it was well worth it!
