310 Lakeside anyone?

We are going to see 310 Lakeside (CLICKY) next weekend and I just wanted to see if any of you have any experience with the venue. So far the coordinator has been mediocre to work with, but it could be because of all of the holidays.

So, have any of you used the venue? Or have you attended a wedding there? Just looking for opinions. TIA

We're actually getting married there 4/28/12! I will agree the event planner is..a little distant? But the venue is nice and the price is fantastic! We're doing a simple brunch reception and it's perfect for us. I haven't been married there yet, of course, so I can't give you a full review but if you're looking for something nice on a budget I definitely recommend 310!
