My FI is Chinese and I am not. We are wanting to do a tea ceremony, but want to briefly explain to our guests in the program what we're doing, since most will never have seen this and may be confused. Anyone done this and have a write up or website you can share? Also, I think this tradition may vary a little by region, FI's family is Cantonese, in case that makes a difference.
