Honeymoon in Hawaii

My FI and I are starting to look for honeymoons. We are interested in going to Maui on the west side. We have no idea where to start. We want a package deal but nothing too expensive. Any ideas? Thanks,

We also stayed at the Ritz in Maui.  We booked our package on Travelocity.

We started by researching the different parts of the island and decided on the Ritz in Kapalua because it is more quiet and secluded (and we thought would have less families and kids).  There is the popular Kaanapali area with the Westin/Sheraton/Hyatt that people love because of the great beach and proximity of things to do in that area.  This area is sort of like a "resort strip" because the hotels are close together and share the same strip of beach.

Then there is Wailea with the Grand Wailea/Four Seasons/Marriott.  This is the one area we didn't get to.  I think the beach here is white sand but not positive.  Then of course there are tons of smaller non-chain hotels and condos scattered throughout.  All the beaches are public in Maui so you can visit any and all of them no matter where you stay.

Many people here recommend the Maui Revealed book so that might be a good place to start.  Then start researching what area will best fit your preference and budget.
