La Luna and Grenada

I just think we might have found it! I am really excited by what I see about La Luna in Grenada. Does anyone have experience with this resort and/ or Grenada in general? We are really looking for a laid back honeymoon with good food and as much luxury as $5000- $7000 can afford. We really enjoy seclusion and privacy with a few enjoyable activites. What does everyone think about this location?

I think it looks great. There are a ton of positive reviews on Trip Advisor. We definitely plan to travel to Grenada in the near future. One of my good friends is from there and they are always raving about how beautiful it is. We've been looking at La Luna, LaSource and Spice Island resort. We want to go away for our 1 year anniversary in November so I'm in the process of planning that.

I have not personally been, but I did some major stalking of La Luna before we booked our honeymoon. It looks absolutely incredible and as winnie said, the trip advisor reviews are great too. 

We ended up deciding that we wanted something just a bit bigger with a little more to do, since we are going for 10 days, but I absolutely am keeping La Luna in the back of my mind for future traveling with my future hubbie. 

Oh, the other problem with Grenada is, there aren't many flight options (at least there weren't for us from Indiana).  The flights themselves would have eaten up too much of our budget (we also are in the 5-7k budget range) and the flights were about $1k each from what I saw for July flights.  You might be lucky and find something better - but it just wasn't going to work out for us.

Thank you for the feedback...anyone actually been to LaLuna? I read so many Trip Advisor pro and cons, but I feel I can trust the perspective on here better!
