Cozumel Palace Resort

We're considering going to the Cozumel Palace Resort in Cozumel.  Anyone have any tips/experiences/reviews for this place?  I'm really liking the sounds of the $1500 resort credit--any "catch" on that that I might be missing?

    We used our $1500 credits a few weeks ago at Beach Palace. We used all $300 allowed for spa and then used the rest for: golf, romantic beach dinner and private limo back to airport. We also used some credits for a photo package, which included some prints and all images on CD. There was no catch, just one of the Palace promotions.
