I just can't believe this.
I've been hearing horrific stories about lunches being stolen straight out of the fridge at work, co-workers taking a bite of somebody's sandwich and putting it back in the fridge, missing food, etc. Just last week I was thinking "wow, we are so lucky to be working at a place where this doesn't happen"
Well, you probably guessed it correct. It has happened to us! Just 2 weeks ago my co worker commented on how she couldn't believe she already ate most of the chocolate that she has stocked up in her drawer. No big deal, it happens, right?
Well yesterday another co worker commented that somebody must have been taking her pop from the fridge (she usually has a 12 pack in there). Strange.
My precious fork was missing since Monday and I was really annoyed because I never lose stuff and I had a feeling somebody took it. Well it magically appeared out of no where this morning next to the sink. WHAT!
I have a GIANT box of granola bars in my desk and just on Tuesday I was shocked that there were only 2 left and I was like "wow I must have eaten all of them already" and it was not normal for me to let anything go low in supply without buying another box. You should see my cereal stash- if I am down to 3 boxes, I'll be like OMG I need more boxes!
Well yesterday I know I saw my granola box there with 2 bars left. This morning the box was gone. No bars at all.
I am furious. I can't even imagine doing that- poking around other people's stuff and just taking it. I think I am irrationally angry over this.
So I taped a post it note in the cupboard (where my food is) and said "I'm watching you, taking our stuff is immature" and another one in a drawer saying "Grow up".
I need to grow up don't I?? But I am so mad!!
