I am looking for an adventurous honeymoon cruise. My FI and I don't want to sit on the beach and stare into each others eyes for a solid week. We want fun stuff to do. Any suggestions on which ships are the most fun?

I don't think it's a matter of what ships are the most fun as much as the destinations you visit...

Alaska has lots of adventurous, active excursions - of course it depends on when you will be taking the cruise:)

National Geographic Expeditions does some really fantastic, unique cruises (ie to Antarctica)

We want the same thing! We're looking at a cruise out of Puerto Rico that is 7days but only at sea one day, the rest are spent at different ports - St Lucia, St Kitts, etc. We're trying to find out what excursions there are, but the cruise website is incredibly vague and doesn't list prices for the excursions.

you dont have to do cruise line excursions. visit cruisecritic.com for ideas or go and get a few books from the library and research the islands and what there is to do on each.

We also don't want to sit on a beach for an entire week, so we are going on a cruise to Alaska. While we are out west, we will also be renting a car and exploring the Canadian Rockies.

Only bummer is that we are getting married in December, but we have to wait until May for the honeymoon.
