Bartlett New Hampshire - What to do

Fi and I were given a week long HM s a gift at a friends timeshare in Batlette.. but looking at the map there doesnt seem to be much to do! Now, dont get me wrong.. we will have plenty to do..;) but every once in a while, were gonn have to come out for air   Suggestions? Were looking for day trip ides

Just looked it up on a map- you'll be right in the midst of the White Mountain National Forest, which is beautiful! You'll have easy access to all kinds of hiking trails.  You're basically at Mount Washington, which has an awesome old cog railway to ride up the mountain- gorgeous!

The other nice thing about New England is that many things are easily driveable for day trips.  It will be about 2.5 hours to Burlington, VT, which is an adorable town filled with great food.  It's right on Lake Champlain too, if you like water sports.  The Ben and Jerry's factory in VT is located between Burlington and Montpelier.  There are also a TON of great micro-breweries splashed across VT and NH.

Bartlett also looks to be about 1.5-2 hours from several cute Maine towns, including Portland, Bath, Freeport, and Old Orchard Beach.

Wow you ladies had some fantastic ideas!! Thank you so much! We will be there october 17-23rd, so kind of missing peak foliage, but we're hoping to still catch a bit of it.
