  • How did Week 14 go? not so hot

    Did you meet your goal? no

    What were some struggles? We went on a road trip, so eating out and junk food in the car.

    What things were easy? not so much

    If you lost weight if so how much?  didn't gained back my 1.5 lbs I lost last week.

    If you lost inches, if so how many? not counting

    What is your goal for week 15? Lose the 1.5 lbs again and hopefully some more!!

  • How did Week 14 go? Meh...

    Did you meet your goal? Didn't make a specific goal but I didn't lose anything.

    What were some struggles? I had family here from out of town so we ate out a lot.

    What things were easy? My mom has been really into this workout class called the Bar Method and her and I went together. It was great to do something with a partner and it got me motivated to get in shape like she is!

    If you lost weight if so how much? none.

    If you lost inches, if so how many? not counting. Although I think I probably should...

    What is your goal for week 15? I'd like to lose a pound this week and stick below my 1500 calorie goal at least 4 or 5 days this week. It'll be hard because my birthday is on Friday and we're going camping this weekend.

    Any motivational tips or comments? Like most girls I want to look the best I possibly can on my wedding day and over the last 2 or 3 years I've gained 10-15 lbs which I really want to lose. I was going to wait until next year to try but this week something hit me and I asked myself, "why not NOW?" So that's what I'm going to do :)

    What were some struggles? Everything! It has been raining non-stop for the past week and all I want to do is sleep!
    What things were easy? Nothing.
    If you lost weight if so how much?  Stayed the same
    If you lost inches, if so how many?Not counting,.

    What is your goal for week 15? Trying to get to the gym, and losing at least 1lb.

    Any motivational tips or comments?  Recipes?
