My FI and I will be having an outdoor wedding in October at a 19th century plantation house. The house is in Alabama so the weather is still pretty warm even in October. My BMs will be wearing chocolate brown dresses so we decided on tan tuxedos from Jims Formal Wear for GM to contrast light and dark. Neither me or my FI liked the brown dress shoes that could be rented with the tuxes. He suggested flip flops for the guys to wear. While I am not completely against the idea, I am a little hesitant. I would like to know other people's opinion on this idea?
