Bubbles?

I always see pictures of people blowing bubbles at the couple outside the church after the ceremony. I'm wondering when you would blow bubbles during an outdoor wedding. What do you think? Is there a good point in the reception where bubbles could be used? I already bought some cheap bubbles at a garage sale that I would really like to use. Thanks for your ideas!

I have bubbles for them to blow as we walk back down the aisle after during the ceremony. Mine will be outdoors too.

Our photographer suggested that the guests blow bubbles around us for our last dance of the night (reception was indoors) so that's one idea. It made for some unique pictures which you can see at the end of the reception section of my married bio.

We are doing them instead of rice.  Probably when we walk back down the isle as husband and wife.

Some of our guests blew bubbles on us during our last dance and most everyone blew the bubbles during our exit.

MissIntentional - That's what I'm worried will happen if I expect people to blow them on us when we're walking back down the aisle, even though I think that would be really neat. I'd rather have them enjoy the moment without requiring too much out of them=) I think I may go with having them blow them on us during the last dance.

If you’re worried about people forgetting during your walk back down the aisle, why not just make sure a few key people lead the bubbling? Your family will probably be in the first row or even first few rows, so you can make sure they start and people will follow suit. Also, if you’re having programs perhaps you could include a note there? I plan on attaching our bubble tubes to the programs, so I can only hope my guests will put two and two together.
