Poll: Ceremony Music

If you are having your ceremony outside..1. Are you having a DJ, band, violinist etc. to play your ceremony music?2. What song are you walking down the aisle to?This is the one thing that I keep tossing back and forth about what to do, so I would love to know what all of you ladies are doing!

no identifiable siggy pictures anymore, thanks a lot stupid nest!
  • We borrowed our friend's sound equipment (he's in a band) and played the music through a CD player.  He had a sound board and two big speakers that we set up at the back of the terrace.  It worked out really well for us.  We used classical music, Canon in D for the processional and the traditional Here Comes the Bride for me.

  • 1. Are you having a DJ, band, violinist etc. to play your ceremony music? We're having a DJ (although I wanted a string quartet really badly - not in the budget)2. What song are you walking down the aisle to? (Canon in D)
  • We hired a guitarist for our ceremony music because he cost hundreds of dollars less than the next cheapest option lol.  it was also more appropriate for our location than a string ensemble, etc.  The music was beautiful so we were really happy with our choice.  I walked down the aisle to Canon in D just because it's always been one of my favorite songs.
