Site visit - what to bring/pay attention to?

I'm doing my first site visit this weekend, and hopefully my last. I've found a beautiful and affordable outdoor pavilion for our reception (complete with a fireplace, bathrooms, and full kitchen). It has picnic tables, which I plan to use to cut down costs. I do plan to measure the crap out of everything (especially since I plan to sew the table cloths and runners myself). I will take a million photos and measurements.... any other tips for me? Things I should pay close attention to?Thanks Gals!

  • Wow fantastic, and exciting. I hope that it works out in your favor. So your doing an outdoor wedding and Reception? Make sure that all the appliances are working in the kitchen and the outlets all work. It their are outlets in the Pavillion area to put in fans it its to warm or portables heaters if it gets chilly. Is it covered good in case of rain.?DIY Projects yea save money for sure.
  • If you are going to need refridgerator space check theirs to make sure there is room for your stuff. Some places have an extra one just for events.  Also check for an ice maker so you'll know if you need to bring bags of it.
