Well you have 2 options for the frame: build it or buy a simlpe arch from a garden center.

Then you would cover them with ALOT of grapes vines it looks like.  There's a lot of hydrangeas on there as well.

It's not that hard...but it will be pricey.

It doesn't necessarily look impossible, but it looks like it would take a long time and I don't know how you would make it early enough so it wouldn't interfere with everything else you had to do, but late enough it wouldn't die. But then again, I know nothing about flower arranging;.

You could do it ahead with silk flowers.

It would definitely be doable, just time-consuming.  You could do as PP mentioned and use silk flowers, or you could cover it in vines ahead of time and add the flowers the day of the wedding.  Perhaps you could enlist the help of BMs or family members who are good with their hands.

It's a basic very small pergola (not an arch) made of wood. The hard part is making the pergola, the easy part is decorating it. I'd google "small wooden pergola", then decorate it.

However, my motto in life is "there's nothing I can't do, only things I've never tried". I have a circular table saw, so I'm not intimidated by anything!

I think you could make the pergola a head of time grapevines last a long time if they are kept out of the weather. Then you can have your florist come in and attach the flowers to it. Hydrangeas are picky though and need a lot of water. So it will be a project your florist will need to do a day before or on the day of your wedding.

My mom is a florist so ive had tons of experience with this stuff. You can always order things at discounts. All you need is a tax Id and its fairly easy to get. Flowers are makered up ridiculously because its a wedding. We didnt do more than a few weddings but the arch way looks pretty simple. i would buy silk ivy and wrap it then use real flowers attatched with floral wire.
Im doing all of the flowers for my wedding with my mom. Depending on the flowers you choose this may be do able that morning. Im doing mine the day before but i am using roses and they last. You could always water pick them and the water tube would be hidden in the ivy. Carnations last days. they would be a good option especially since the photo has flowers in clusters.
