Does anybody know what you have to do to get married on the beach in Corolla, NC? Can you just get a marriage license, walk out onto a public beach, and get married? Are any legal things that I need to do (like a beach permit, some kind of beach reservation, etc)? I can't find a lot of the info online. Info on Duck, NC is welcome too!
