Fall Favor Thoughts...Also Posted under Favors

We are getting married this Oct and I really don't want to spend alot on our favors. In a way, I think favors are pointless. Ive been to many weddings and usually if I keep the faors the just end up in a box or rarely used...plus we are on a TIGHT budget. Ive seen ideas for smores, candy buffets, and the lil pumpkins, but paying for the lttle bags, the containers, the candy, ribbon, name tags or etc can get pricey.

I was just wondering if anybody had any cheap wedding favor ideas for a fall wedding. Right now, all our I have is the hershey bars with our name labels and some butter mints (Im a dental hygienist lol...maybe I should give out toothbrushes haha0

We are making candy apples. Since we will make them ourselves and just tie the plastic wrapping with jute I think it will still be cheaper than most favors and it fits with our fall theme. We are getting married in October too!

You don't have to give favors.  But, if you want, you can get personalized Kisses, mini Reese's, and tea packs.

I went to Walmart and bought boxes of apple cider. There is 10 pouches in each box and a box of 10 is like $1.65 where I live and I also bought the clear bags from Walmart they were packs of 25 for $2 each and then I ordered cinnamon sticks from amazon I believe the package of 90 sticks was 11.99. So depending on how many favors you need to make to me that is pretty inexpensive and perfect for the fall. My wedding is October 19th. Good luck!

We did chocolate suckers, but they were also our gift from a friend who does chocolates. We picked out the model, flavor of chocolate & she did the work.

On the favors topic though... unless it's something totally awesome that you cannot pass up, I'd skip it and reallocate the money toward something people/you will enjoy more.
