My name is Colleen and my fiance and I are looking to have our wedding in St. Thomas. We want it to be formal but not over the top. We're also trying to avoid a hotel wedding. We found sites for two restaurants. They are Ocean and Grande Cru & Wine Bar. Has anyone been there? Any other suggestions? Thanks!
