Backyard Table & Chair Set up for Ceremony & Reception? (PIP, Long)

Hello :) 

I'm trying to figure out how to set up my dad's backyard for the wedding. I'd really appreciate any advice!  Thanks! 

We're doing almost all of our formal pictures before the ceremony, so that dinner can follow soon after. 

*We do not have servers, food is being dropped off and set up buffet-style.
*I'm expecting to have 5-10 round tables depending on guest count

Issue 1: Where to have the Ceremony?

I want to have the ceremony at 7, so that dinner isn't served too late. 

Here is a picture of where I would like to have the ceremony
 It was taken May 21, 2010 at 7:20 pm (so a little later than I want to do it)
Does this look okay with the sun a little higher? If not, should I push the ceremony back? Or move the ceremony to a different location in the yard?

Issue 2: Should we (A) have guests seated at tables during the ceremony, or (B) have guests seated at chairs.

Option (A) seems better because I don't think we have a ton of room to have all the tables. However, I've heard that people get more easily distracted when sitting at tables.
