Outdoor Weddings

Keeping guests busy...

I am having a casual wedding outside in our backyard. I will be renting chairs for the ceremony, and planned on having my ushers move the chairs from the ceremony to the reception area to cut down the costs of renting twice the amount of chairs.

During this time, the bridal party will be taking pictures, and I was planning on having a little "cocktail" area set-up with flavored lemonades and veggies, with maybe some blankets down for a picnic feel.

It looks like I may have 200 people at this wedding, and I was curious if you guys think this sounds like a smooth plan, or chaos? I don't want my guests to feel lost or confused!

Thought or ideas?
