June wedding with RED????

Red is my FAV color!!!!  I always wanted to have a fall / winter wedding with a nice deep cranberry...  well - now the wedding has been moved to JUNE in WI.  We will probably have it on a pier on a lake / river.  NOW what do I do?  I don't think I can do my red anymore.  What colors CAN I do?  soon to be hubby LOVES me in Red and almost cried last ngith when he saw this beautiful Red wedding dress in the Brides Mag....
I was thinking now we will have to do more of a blue, green, brown, cream colored theme...
I don't know what to do?  Any suggestions?

Oh for christsake.  IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT TIME OF YEAR.  Just use the colors you want.  Red and turqouise is pretty.

Also, please restrain your over-punctuation to one at most, two.  We get the point.

I went to a wedding in July in Manitowoc WI 2 years ago. Bride wore a red & white dress, and red was their primary color.

Don't sweat the details; do what you want.

I was in a wedding last year in June and the colors were red and black....no one really cares about the time of year and really it's your wedding so whatever you and FI want, goes!

Kati - I used DB Apple red for my August wedding.  Pics in married bio if you want to see.  You can use the colors you love regardless of season.

Anyway- there are no rules of color/season/theme etc.  If you like it, go with it.

Go with red!! I am getting married next June and my colors are red, white, and metallic silver. You can use any colors any time of the year

You can TOTALLY still do red. We are doing red and aqua for our wedding in June '11. That would be a cool color combo if you're still doing it on the pier/near water.
