Do I need decorations for my pier wedding?

I'm getting married on a pier in NYC and, on a budget, so every dollar counts. I thought the NYC skyline would be enough of a 'decoration' but wanted to ask your knotties opinions. Thoughts?

They will be facing towards the skyline.

I think it's great the way it is, I would do something for an alter, and maybe some isle decoration but not much else is needed.
