Pond Decoration

We are getting married near a beautiful pond. What do you ladies think about decorating it will flower petals or something else. Let me know your ideas.

Does the pond need decoration?  Are you talking on the water or around the side?

Hm.  I don't know.  It seems a bit superfluous to me, as I find water to be beautiful in its natural state, but you can do what you want.  It also depends on how visible it would even be for the guests.  Do you have a photo?

floating candles could be nice...however I am also of the school that water is beautiful in its natural state...if it is going to be night time, and you want the glowy effect and for people to see the pond, then floating candles or the votives mentoned above.  if it is day time then don't bother.
