Looking for space like The Foundry in LIC

Hi everyone, I'm hoping you might have some recommendations.  I'm looking for venue suggestions that are similar to The Foundry in Long Island City (which is all booked up) or Tobacco Warehouse in Brooklyn (where you can't have weddings anymore).  Someplace in the NY/NJ/PA/CT area that is like a raw or abandoned space (i love all the brick at the venues listed above) with an outdoor option.  Anyone?!

    You should post this on the local boards.  This is an international board, you won't get good answers here.

    However, I happen to be from LI, so I will tell you to consider The Metropolitan in Glen Cove - it's not outdoors, but it's got the urban/brick look like The Foundry.
