My daughter got married a few weeks ago outside, on a lawn next to the ocean at 4.
It was a warm, but too hot day, good breeze but nice and sunny.
I had bought parasols, which my daughter and Husband thought were silly. They were a huge hit. I had enough for about half the guests and most were used. The ceremony lasted about a half hour and people kept them during cocktail hour as well to sit out on the lawn instead of under the tent. Not only practical they made for some beautiful pictures!
simple, cheap but nice addition to our guests comfort.
