Should I have a head count for who is camping?

My wedding is going to be at a formal summer camp.  There is a lodge that is reserved for our family to sleep in.  There is also a large lawn that guests have been invited to camp on if they choose to.  The morning after the wedding, we were going to have a caterered breakfast in the lodge.  I would like to have everyone that camped along with our family to join us for the breakfast.  My question is:  Should I include a camping option in the response card so I can have a head count for the breakfast to give to the caterer?  I'm also worried that if majority of our guests camp, it could blow the breakfast budget out of the water.  What should I do?!?!?

  • i think having a guest count to hand off to the catering company is a good idea but maybe only give the option to family, the bridal party super close friends woulkd help you cut on the cost.
