I need some advice. What are your opinions when it comes to choosing between the following 2 venues...Terrace on the Park in Flushing Meadow Park, and Crest Hollow Country Club in Long Island...
Terrace will be in the Penthouse, private bathrooms, bridal and grooms suite, outdoor cocktail area in penthouse as well....chapel looks like a theatre with a stadium appearance...very different but beautiful..main room has windows all over and the view is of the NYC skyline and Queens....looove it..
Crest Hollow is very nice as well and has a view of a pretty pool...You may see other weddings or people walking around. There is only one bathroom on the first floor and everyone in all parties have to use it. They both throw beautiful affairs. Both have great food and offer Viennese iin a separate area so people can still dance.
I live in Queens 5 minutes from the terrace and about 30 minutes from Crest Hollow...similar prices but so hard to compare because they are soo different. I want to get married in early November. If it is cold cocktail hours will be inside but penthouse area of balcony will be open for view and hanging out...thnaks for any help.
