I really like the idea of the unity candle ceremony, but I've seen advice suggesting it's not ideal for an outdoor ceremony. I can understand it might be awkward trying to get the candles to light if there was wind! I've looked into alternative ceremonies like the unity sand, but I'm still mentally stuck on hoping we could do the candles.
Has anyone done/seen the unity candle ceremony done at an outdoor wedding? How did it go?
