I am wanting to decorate the gazebo at my venue very similar to this:

The gazebo frame at my venue is very similar to this as well.
I am not going to use the greenery, so on the posts I plan on using some kind of tie-backs. My question is how to attach it to the top so it has that same flowy drapey look, and what kind of material to use
