Recommendations for a Beach location in the Gulf or Carolinas??

My fiance and I would like an intimate, casual beach ceremony either in the Gulf or North or South Carolina.  I've searched online and it's pretty overwhelming!  Wanted to see if anyone had any first hand experience w/ a place they loved.
