My boyfriend and I are being proactive with the wedding process right know knowing we would like to have a fall wedding sometime next year and would like to start looking at venues. Of course, our date is flexible as we are in no rush but also here is the trouble. We have no idea where to get married.
Here is our criteria:
- Outdoor
- Preferablly in the Mountains
- Approximately 150 people
- Within 1-2 hours of an airport
- Lodging nearby but not necessarily at the same site
- Lodging cost under $200 per night for our guests
Any ideas? We live in Kasnas City but are familiar with Colorado but wouldn't rule out Maine, Montana, Wyoming, etc. We just want it to be fun and very us. Oh and we are watching our budet we want to come in around $15K but I'm in event planning so I have lots of connections for invitations, photography, etc so if we can keep the overall venue costs with food and beverage around $12K we will be pleased.
