I really wanted a fall wedding but we had to choose August for numerous logistical reasons...
We are huge nature people so we are having our wedding on a farm in the Berkshire Mts of MA. The reception is in a pavillion so there is shade and ceiling fans.
The ceremony will be in garden with gazembo but no shade for guests. We can have venue up till 11pm. We were thinking 4:30 or 5pm ceremony. Then pictures and reception till 6-11pm. What time does everyone recommend to be the coolest time?
We are sending out on invites to dress in casual wedding attire -- ie no suits and ties. Any other tips to keep guests cool?
I could rent/buy a shade to cover guests during ceremony though may be very hot. Should I do this? Any tips?
