Why is this the only thing I see when I try to update my vatar and sig? Trying to add a picture or a ticker...

An error occured while attempting to create this user.

What can I do to get around this?

Do you use internet explorer? Or Firefox?

I use Firefox because I have found I don't get the red x with it.
