outdoor bug issue; any suggestions

Hi everyone;

I'm getting hitched on a farm in october-The venue has warned us that between 5pm and 6pm (our ceremony time) is 'mosquito hour'.  Since its a working farm, they don't spray/fog, and don't allow flames (like citronella candles)..Besides nasty bug repellant, does anyone have suggestions/secret rememdies to keep the mosquitos away from us?

listerine is a bug deterent also. you can dilute it just a bit, and put it in a garden sprayer and do the perimeter of your location. we do it in our yard whenever we have cookouts, and it seems to help the bug problem !
